The world’s top publishing experts and Adobe engineers and developers gathered June 5–8, 2016, at the San Diego Marina Marriott Marquis, for PePcon: The Print + ePublishing Conference! Attendees gained valuable insight on publishing for eBooks, print, iPad/tablets, interactive documents, and more.
Anne-Marie was thrilled to be present two sessions: Hidden Tricks and Tips for InDesign and Workflow Between InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Word at the 2016 MMPA Summit and Expo. Thanks to all who attended!
Finally, a Photoshop event for designers, production artists, and publishers! May 6, 2013 - Anne-Marie presented four hands-on labs and one regular session at Adobe MAX, Adobe's annual “creativity conference.” The hands-on labs are titled “InDesign Hands-on Tips and Tricks” and “Designing EPUBs with InDesign,” (each presented twice, since they sold out) and she’s co-presenting an InDesign Tips & Tricks session with David Blatner.
April 28–May 1, 2013 - Anne-Marie and her InDesignSecrets partner, David Blatner, hosted PEPCON: The Print and ePublishing Conference in Austin Texas. The 2-day, multi-track conference also included pre and post conference tutorials.
March 20, 2013 - Anne-Marie presented her latest workshop, “From InDesign to e-Book: Essential Workflow Steps” to the Minnesota Book Publishers’ Roundtable. This sold-out event included an overview of digital publishing.
November 15, 2012 - One of our InCopy workflow training clients and Anne-Marie will be co-presenting an “audience participation” workshop called “From Strategy to Delivery: Modernizing Today's Editorial Workflow.” This Conference is produced by the Association & Media Publishing organization.
October 22–23, 2012 - Anne-Marie will be presenting a session called “Moving to EPUB 3” at the annual PubU conference hosted by ECPA (Evangelical Christian Publishers Association).
June 12–13, 2012 - Anne-Marie co-hosted and presented on various InDesign and digital publishing topics at this two-day conference, co-located with the OnDemand and info360 expos.
May 14–16, 2012 - Anne-Marie was the co-host and one of many speakers at this international conference, along with her InDesignSecrets partner David Blatner.

Anne-Marie recently hosted a webinar for the Chicago Women In Publishing group (CWIP). The webniar was titled, Jump In! Ebook Publishing in 2020.
She demonstrated current solutions and best practices in getting books online and in the hands (and devices) of readers. The webinar covered the pros and cons, as well as the how-tos, of today's main ebook formats: EPUB (both reflowable and fixed-layout, as for children's books), Kindle, PDF, HTML 5, and Multi-Touch books (for the iPad).

She talks about the importance of hiring an editor, how writers can find and work with print designers and ebook developers, the annoyances InDesign users endure cleaning up Word files, and more.
November 21, 2017 - We're proud to announce that Anne-Marie has returned to the list of MAX Masters for Adobe MAX 2017 conference. A "MAX Master" is one of the twenty top-scoring speakers at the conference, according to surveys completed by students/attendees. This is Anne-Marie's 3rd MAX Master out of the past 4 years.
